In the run up to their London flagship launch in November 2022 we reviewed tone of voice and hierarchy of messaging across their entire website. Alongside this, we conducted an in-depth landscape assessment to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities to innovate and improve.

Workshopping with a cross discipline group of internal stakeholders enabled us to deliver a mission statement and elevator pitch that reflect the brand’s DNA, values and sustainability positioning.
The process has given clarity around the opportunities that exist in their sector to innovate and create original campaigns that reflect their unique approach to manufacturing clothes in a responsible way.
In June 2023 they will relaunch their sustainability section with improved user journeys based on our recommendations. We have created a route-map for their onward journey, and are working closely with the in-house team on delivery.
